Is it permissible for some of believer men and women, who refer to fertility and IVF centers for having child and have some deficiency in gamete, to combine gametes which are held in gamete bank with their gametes in artificial insemination by device or not? If they have no sperm or ovum at all then is it permissible to use unknown sperms and ova which are held in gamete bank and if in any of above two conditions a child is born then to whom he/she belongs?

It is not permitted to use stranger gamete or having a child and childbirth should be the result of correct religious marriage, but if this act is performed then the child belongs to owners of the gametes and if it is a boy then he is also Mahram to the mother who has held him in her uterus without inheriting form her.
