»   A congregation Imam has used the endowed home of a mosque during the years of his stay at that mosque, while he had personal house himself. Is it permissible for him to rent this endowed house to a third party after going to his own house and own the rental income?

»   There is a place which has been endowed for mosque according to reliable and valid documents. On the other hand, most of the mosque has been destroyed during time but some of that, like its Mihrab, has still remained. Custodian of the place intends to build a new mosque in the place of the old mosque because the place is endowed to mosque; but building new mosque and acting according to the intention of the endower has contradictions with some of cultural heritages laws. In case of existence of contradiction between the intention of the endower and cultural heritages laws, which of them is prior to be observed? What is the religious duty of custodian of the endowed place?

»   There was an old public bath in one of villages of “Larestan” that is called “Sharghooye” that was not used for about twenty years. One of believers destroyed that place and now it is a flat land; if you permit, part of this land becomes the place of building restrooms for the mosque, because this land has been situated in the boundaries of the mosque, and the rest of that becomes a passageway for people.

»   There is an old mosque in one corner of the village that its boundary is some wasteland that some children have been buried in there 30 years ago and there is no evidence to prove the devotion of that, therefore the congregation of “Lovers of Fourteen Infallibles (a.s.)” decided to wall around this land with permission of the people of that place and to built a Husseiniyya in there and to repair and advance that old mosque that is being destroyed. Is this act religiously permitted?

»   There is a person who is buried in “Daar al-Rahmah” of Shiraz and he has lots of adherents, both during their life and after his death, because he has wended in the way of god and recently, his adherents have build a monument similar to the monument of Hafez and has placed that above his tomb because he liked Hafez so much which has become the place of pilgrimage of his followers. Considering that some people have objected to this matter and have asked this office to remove that, now we ask for the opinion of your highness.
